The process consists of providing an “Issues Document” for initial internal response, scheduling a workshop to review these issues and providing a report to formalise an appropriate workforce management strategy.
Rostering Model Review – Microster consultants can review your current rostering practices and assist in recommending the optimal roster models to support your Coverage, Cost, Compliance and Competency requirements. This typically involves generating scenario rosters in our Newcastle laboratory and analysing placement outcomes using any mix of the 10 main roster models.
Industrial Agreement Modelling – new or proposed Award/AWA /EBA conditions can be modelled to evaluate costing impacts and compliance with WorkChoices legislation.
System Health Checks – existing users of the Microster application typically schedule these on an annual basis to review strategies and KPI achievement.
