The Microster IVR module provides unattended 24/7 communications between Microster and your workforce. IVR utilises existing telephony infrastructure (including SMS) to enable casual and part-time employees to obtain placement details, input unavailability conditions, call in "Sick" etc.
The IVR system can also be used for wake-up calls, attendance tracking and general personnel communication.
The Microster IVR module provides incredibly cost-effective personnel management by linking workforce management business rules with coverage requirements and fully audited communications.
